CHALLENGE

CHALLENGE

Foot Anstey, an award-winning law firm based in London, engaged Collective Campus to teach its lawyers how to rapidly test their ideas. The purpose of this was to empower them to make better data-informed decisions, both internally and for clients, and avoid the costly exercise of jumping to conclusions, or suffering from analysis paralysis.

SOLUTION

SOLUTION

We tailored 2 x 2 hour webinars for Foot Anstey which borrowed from the lean startup methodology, Amazon's culture deck, and the US Department of Defence's OODA concept, and provided participants with a step by step approach to rapidly testing their ideas. The first session focused on the theory behind why we must learn how to rapidly test our ideas in a fast moving environment. The second session was practical, and encouraged pariticipants to run an idea related to their work through the end-to-end rapid testing methodology.

OUTCOME

OUTCOME

By the end of the two sessions, lawyers had a working understanding of how to rapidly test their ideas, as well as access to a number of purpose-built resources, and a Foot Anstey-branded website with additional reading and tools.

“Collective Campus gave our teams a practical toolkit for putting residents at the centre, and the confidence to keep using it.”
