Why teams call

The problem

A general AI course teaches a tool in the abstract. It misses this team's industry and the documents already on the desk. It also misses the jobs people do on a Tuesday morning. Staff open a module, try one prompt on a made-up example, and go back to the work that fills the day.

Few people finish. The lessons are long, generic and easy to leave for later. People cannot see their own role in the examples, so the course never becomes part of the week. A licence for a large learning library does not fix that. The catalogue still describes someone else's job.

The useful version is shorter. Lessons built around the roles on this team, in the AI tools the team already has, with a record of who finished what. The platform can stand on its own. It can also sit beside a 90-day sprint, a champions cohort or a leadership immersion, on an annual licence.

The room

Who it is for

The people in the roles

Staff whose jobs the lessons are built around. Each role gets workflows from the work they already do, in the AI tool they already have, so the examples match the desk and the industry.

The manager

The person who needs to see progress without chasing the team for a spreadsheet. The platform shows who started, who finished and where a lesson is stuck.

Learning and development

The team that owns internal learning and is tired of a generic catalogue. They get a branded platform they can point staff to, with lessons that match the industry and the tools on the desk.

The work

What the program covers

  1. 01

    The tool in your industry

Short animated, narrated lessons on the AI tool the team already uses, written for this industry. The examples use the kind of documents and tasks that industry already has, so the lesson is recognisable on the first screen.

  2. 02

    Workflows from the roles

Each lesson uses a job people on this team already do. The steps match that role, in the tool that role already has, so a person can follow them on the work in front of them.

  3. 03

    A task they can finish

Every lesson is short enough to finish in one sitting. It asks the person to do the step on a task from the role, so finishing the lesson means the workflow was practised.

  4. 04

    A progress record

Managers can see who has finished the lessons and which workflows they have practised. The record shows where a lesson is stuck, so a follow-up can go to the people who stopped.

The shape

Format and duration

We build a branded platform for one industry, one set of AI tools or both. Lessons are short, animated and narrated. Each one walks through a workflow from a real role on the team, using the tool that role already has.

The platform can stand on its own, or it can run beside the 90-Day AI Adoption Sprint, the AI Champions Program or the Leadership Team AI Immersion. The licence runs for a year. Scope is agreed on a short call.

The check

How impact is measured

The platform records who started each lesson, who finished, and where people stop. The manager sees that record on the platform. There is no separate survey to collect it.

A finished lesson that matches the job shows the person practised that workflow. When the platform is bundled with the sprint, the champions program or the leadership immersion, those programs add the measures they already use on the work itself.

At the end

What you leave with

For staff

Short animated lessons on their industry and their tool, built from the workflows in their own roles. A person can finish a lesson in one sitting and use the steps on that day's work.

For the manager

A progress record of who started, who finished and which lesson is stuck. The manager can see that record on the platform, without asking the team for a separate update.

For the organisation

A platform in the organisation's name, licensed for a year. It can stand on its own, or run beside the sprint, the champions program or the leadership immersion.
