CHALLENGE
CHALLENGE
ECE approached us wanting to learn more about how they can leverage the emerging world of web3 and everything it encompasses - crypto, social tokens, NFTs, the metaverse, and more - to help grow brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and increase sales.
SOLUTION
SOLUTION
Collective Campus:
- performed research on existing and emerging web3 use cases for the media and entertainment industries - facilitated a 3-hour design sprint with members of ECE's team to capture potential ideas - prepared a comprehensive 40-page report and web3 roadmap, complete with prioritised recommendations that included indicative costs, timelines, risks and more to give ECE's leadership clarity on next steps
OUTCOME
OUTCOME
On the back of the report, ECE have decided to pursue several of the recommendations made in order to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
“Collective Campus gave our teams a practical toolkit for putting residents at the centre, and the confidence to keep using it.”
