AI Training for property
AI training for property groups and valuersUse the tool. Keep the opinion and the client.
A hands-on AI workshop for valuers, asset and leasing teams, and the people who support them. We build the day around one workflow you bring and the rule for lease, tenant and client data, so the team leaves able to use your approved tools on real work, safely.
- Valuers, asset and leasing together
- In person or remote
- Your workflow, your rule
- Vendor-neutral

Collective Campus is a training and advisory company founded in 2015. It builds capability in enterprise teams, with AI as one part of that work, and has run AI training and AI programs since 2022. The property groups below include an AI design sprint for M3 Property's staff conference, and a track record of proptech, design sprint, hackathon, productivity and agile programs. It works with teams in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
Clients
The problem in a property or valuation team
Licences are rolled out and the week still goes on admin. Meanwhile lease files and client data are meeting tools nobody approved.
Lease, tenant and client data in a public tool
A leasing manager or a valuer will try a tool on a live file because the turnaround is the job. Tenant, rent, investor and client material needs a written rule on what may enter an approved tool.
Licences without outcomes
M3 Property had rolled out Copilot across the firm and wanted to move from AI literacy to measurable business outcomes. Access is the start. The workflow is where the hours come back.
A tool layered on a broken process
Our rule at M3 was to redesign the workflow first and then apply AI. Otherwise the tool speeds up the step that should not exist.
An opinion the tool is not allowed to give
Banks and other clients rely on a valuation. The valuer stays accountable for the opinion and sign-off stays human. The same holds for a leasing or investment decision.
Outcomes
What the team walks away with
- A shortlist of AI use cases for one workflow, ranked by value and risk
- Hands-on reps on your approved tools, such as Copilot, using dummy or cleared files
- Prompting patterns for inspection notes, draft reports, leasing briefs, board papers and evidence summaries that produce usable work
- A written rule for what may go into a tool, what stays in the file, and who can grant an exception
- A named owner for the opinion or decision the tool is not allowed to make
- Checks for catching a confident wrong answer before it reaches a client, a tenant or the board
- A 90-day plan to put AI into that one workflow

What we cover
The flow of the day
- 01
AI, demystified for property work
What current tools do well on valuation, leasing and asset tasks, and where they fail.
- 02
Map one workflow
Pick job set-up, sales and leasing evidence, inspection to draft report, or another live process, and mark the steps that cost the most time.
- 03
Hands-on with the tools
Real tasks on your approved tools. Everyone produces something.
- 04
Prompting that works
Patterns for summaries, first drafts, review and the questions a file still needs.
- 05
Client data, accountability and verification
What may enter a tool, who owns the opinion, and the check against the source. Practise it on a dummy file.
- 06
The rule and the plan
Agree the may-use and must-not lists, the exception owner, and the 90-day plan.
Who it's for
Who should be in the room
Valuers, asset and leasing
The people who own the opinion, the asset or the lease, and will use the tool on Monday.
Support staff
Admin, reporting, business development and finance. The people whose week goes on the steps around the file.
Risk and compliance
The people who can stop a use and who own the rule.
Leadership and the owner of the tool
The people who book the day, approve what is installed and decide what gets built next.
Clients
Property groups we have worked with
Collective Campus builds capability inside property groups, from AI design sprints and productivity to proptech accelerators, hackathons and agile. The programs below are that record.
M3 Property
A hands-on AI design sprint at the annual staff conference. Teams redesigned their own workflows, built working prototypes in Copilot, and pitched to a panel of M3 leaders. 20 ideas, eight pitches, two winners, with prototypes going to M3's AI steering committee.

FAQ
Questions property groups ask
What is AI training for property groups?
It is a hands-on workshop where valuers, asset and leasing teams practise approved AI tools on a real workflow, such as a draft report, a leasing brief or an evidence summary, under a written rule for client data and verification. Collective Campus runs it around a workflow the firm chooses.
Who runs AI training for property firms in Australia?
Collective Campus runs AI training for property groups in Australia and internationally. It ran a hands-on AI design sprint for M3 Property's staff conference, and its track record with Charter Hall and Ascendas-Singbridge covers proptech, design sprints, hackathons, productivity and agile.
We already have Copilot licences. Is this still useful?
Yes. M3 Property had rolled out Copilot across the firm. The sprint had staff redesign their own workflows and build working prototypes with tools the firm already pays for.
Do staff need technical skills?
No. The day is built for non-technical teams. If someone can use email and the property system, they can do the session.
Which AI tools do you teach?
We are vendor-neutral. We teach on the tools your firm has approved, and show where a general tool fits and where it should not be used.
Is client and tenant data safe in the session?
Yes. We work with dummy or cleared files and cover what may enter an approved tool. At M3 the guardrail was that client data stays inside approved tools.
Who stays accountable for a valuation or a leasing decision?
The person who signs. The tool can draft, summarise or flag. At M3 the valuer stayed accountable for the opinion and sign-off stayed human. The session names that owner for your workflow.
Can this run inside a staff conference?
Yes. M3 ran its AI design sprint inside the annual staff conference, ending in a pitch to a panel of leaders.
In person or remote?
Both. A team in one city or one conference should take the room. A group split across offices can run it remotely if the owner is actually present. We deliver in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
What if we need a rule before training?
Start with AI Governance, which sets the rule for the use, then train the team to practise it.
