Collective Campus
Innovation capability building for teams in Australia
Teams look for corporate innovation training when they need people who can test an idea inside the organisation. That work is capability building. It is for the team you already have.
Collective Campus has run these programs since 2015, across Australia and Asia. AI sits inside the same practice. It is not the whole of it.
The work
What teams build
Testing ideas
A team brings a live bet and learns how to test the risky part before it becomes a project. The skill is deciding what to continue and what to stop.
Explore02Design thinking
People leave with a problem they have checked, not a pile of ideas that still sit on the current way of working.
Explore03Customer experience
The team maps a live service from the outside and names the moment a customer actually feels.
Explore04Agile
The work is how the team delivers, on a piece of work they already own, not a new set of ceremonies.
Explore05AI training
AI is one part of capability building. The session is hands-on, on a task the team already has, for people who are not engineers.

Questions
Common questions
- What is corporate innovation training at Collective Campus?
- It is capability building for the team. People practise how to test an idea, see a service from the outside and change how they work. The point is skill that stays when the session is over.
- Is this only AI training?
- No. Collective Campus has run capability building programs for organisations across Australia and Asia since 2015. AI is one part of that work.
- Where do you run it?
- With teams across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, and across Asia. In the room or remote.
- What should we bring?
- A live idea or a live service, and the people who can decide what happens next. We shape the work around that, not around a canned case.
